I started my campaign against the axing of the Free Green Waste Collection over twelve months ago. At the same time with the help of the local Labour Party I helped collect signatures against the decision of Bromsgrove District Council to axe parking permits for OAPs and disabled residents. Now, like then, I still think these decisions were scandalous.

Even though thousands have signed petitions against these decisions, local Conservative politicians who have run Bromsgrove into the ground still do not listen. Now these same politicans want to do the same when representing us on Worcestershire County Council

I have decided to run against these Council cuts and future cuts at County  level with the aim to reverse them and to push the regeneration of Bromsgrove forward.

Nothing changes in Bromsgrove and the same people are elected year after year. So often apathy wins out in our local elections and we never get the chance to give Bromsgrove the change it so desperately needs.
